Tom Lawrence and Win Rawson started the modern era of ERISA-plan subrogation more than 20 years ago. Together, they have decades of employment law litigation experience and have handled more ERISA subrogation litigation cases than anyone in the country, including hundreds of federal appellate and district court subrogation litigation cases, as well as two U.S. Supreme Court cases.

Lawrence and Rawson also have extensive ERISA and HIPAA compliance experience, allowing for a proper handling of any compliance issues that may connect to litigation. They are both frequent lecturers and authors, and together, wrote the first comprehensive ERISA subrogation litigation treatise.
